Choco goji energy bite

These energy bites are made from dates, almond, goji and cacao powder for a super simple, high protein, healthy snack to boost your energy!


  • 1 cup raw almond
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • 1 Tablespoon goji powder
  • 3 medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 Tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder


  1. In a food processor grind the almonds.
  2. Add dates, almond butter, goji powder and maple syrup in the food processor and pulse until dates are fully chopped and everything is combined.
  3. Roll into 1 inch balls and sprinkle with goji powder. Place balls into an airtight container and store in the fridge or freezer for snacking throughout the week.
