These energy bites are made from dates, almond, goji and cacao powder for a super simple, high protein, healthy snack to boost your energy!
- 1 cup raw almond
- ½ cup almond butter
- 1 Tablespoon goji powder
- 3 medjool dates, pitted
- 1 Tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
- In a food processor grind the almonds.
- Add dates, almond butter, goji powder and maple syrup in the food processor and pulse until dates are fully chopped and everything is combined.
- Roll into 1 inch balls and sprinkle with goji powder. Place balls into an airtight container and store in the fridge or freezer for snacking throughout the week.
