Chickpea bread

This homemade chickpea bread rounds are glutenfree. They are easy to make and delicious. Is an alternative to the regular sandwich or burguer bread.

  • ½ cup chickpea flour
  • ½ cup rice flour
  • ¾ cup water
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp apple vinegar
  • Sesame seeds


  1. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Add water and after vinegar. Mix well until combined.
  2. Heat a small saucepan over medium high heat. Once is hot, brush the pan with olive oil and apply the first spoonful of batter and add sesame seeds.
  3. Cook for 5 minutes on the first side, turn around and cook for 2-3 minutes more on the other side.
  4. They are best eaten immediately, but you can also keep them in a ziptop bag in the fridge and refresh them in toaster oven the next day.
