Orange and chocolate truffles

Serve: 12 truffles
Tools: Blender or food processor
Ingredients:

  • 5 dates pitted
  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • Juice of 1/2 orange
  • 3 tbsp raw cacao powder

Method:

  1. Place dry ingredients in the food processor. Blend until compact.
  2. Add orange juice and mix until get an homogeneous doiga.
  3. With the help of a spoon take some  dough and give round form.
