Serve: 12 truffles
Tools: Blender or food processor
Ingredients:
- 5 dates pitted
- 1 cup raw almonds
- Juice of 1/2 orange
- 3 tbsp raw cacao powder
Method:
- Place dry ingredients in the food processor. Blend until compact.
- Add orange juice and mix until get an homogeneous doiga.
- With the help of a spoon take some dough and give round form.
