Cook time: 25 minutes
- 200g pumpkin, peeled
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Pinch of salt
- Preheat oven to 200ºC. Line the baking tray with baking paper.
- Cut the pumpkin into 3 cm pieces and place in the baking paper. Add oil, salt and parsley.
- Bake for 25 minutes at 160ºC.
