Roasted Pumpkin

Cook time: 25 minutes

  • 200g pumpkin, peeled
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Parsley
  • Pinch of salt


  1. Preheat oven to 200ºC. Line the baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Cut the pumpkin into 3 cm pieces and place in the baking paper. Add oil, salt and parsley.
  3. Bake for 25 minutes at 160ºC.
