Cacao avocado pudding

If you want to enjoy a healthy version of cacao pudding without vegetable hydrogenated oils, chemical compounds and artificial flavoring here you have an easy recipe full of healthy nutrients.

You only need a food processor, combine 3 ingredients like cacao, avocado and rice syrup, and in only 5 minutes you can join this delicious and healthy cacao cream.

Serve: 3 person
Tools: Blender or food processor
Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:

  • 3 avocados
  • ¾ cup raw cacao powder
  • 5-7 tbsp maple syrup (depending on how sweet you like it)
  • ¾ cup almond milk
  • pinch of himalayan salt

Method:

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a food processor until creamy and smooth. Make sure there are no lumps.
  2. Keep them in the refrigerator to set and get cold about for about 15 minutes and sprinkle with raw cacao powder right before you eat. Enjoy!
