This “Pumpkin Pie Smoothie” tastes like Pumpkin Pie and is creamy, refreshing, perfectly sweet, healthy and insanely delicious. You will love it!
For this smoothie I have used homemade almond milk, raw pumpkin, dates as natural sweetener and spices such as ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg. If you do not like spices you can delete them, but is not the same.
This recipe will like both children and adults.
Serve: 2 person
- 2 cup almond milk (500 ml)
- 1 cup raw pumpkin
- 1 banana, peeled
- 4 dates, pitted
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1/4 tsp ginger powder or fresh
- A pinch of nutmeg
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Place in a jar or bowl, drizzle with cinnamon powder and enjoy!
