A healthy snack, refined sugar free and completely vegan. They are super easy to make. Give them a go!!
Makes about 10
- 2/3 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup dates, pitted
- 1 tbsp rice syrup
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1 tbsp cacao powder (optional)
- Process the almonds into a food processor.
- Add the remaining ingredients and process until completely combined.
- Keep in the fridge to set and store (if you don´t eat all before ;)).
