Caramel Almond Balls

A healthy snack, refined sugar free and completely vegan. They are super easy to make. Give them a go!!

Makes about 10

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup dates, pitted
  • 1 tbsp rice syrup
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder (optional)

Method:

  1. Process the almonds into a food processor.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and process until completely combined.
  3. Keep in the fridge to set and store (if you don´t eat all before ;)).
