Ingredients for the chia pudding:
- Coconut milk
- 1/2 tsp spirulina powder
- ½ tspvanillapowder
- 2 tbsp rice syrup
- 4 tbsp chiaseeds
Rest of ingredients:
- Mango, peeled and cutted into pieces
- Banana, peeled and cutted into slices
- Homemade granola
- Coconut flakes
Method:
- Blend together all ingredients except chiaseeds.
- Then in a glass jar add chiaseeds and pour over your milk and whisk well.
- Refrigerate
- Place in a bowl the chia pudding, mango, banana, homemade granola and coconut flakes. Enjoy!
