Blue chia pudding with mango, banana and granola

Serves: 2

Ingredients for the chia pudding:

  • Coconut milk
  • 1/2 tsp spirulina powder
  • ½ tspvanillapowder
  • 2 tbsp rice syrup
  • 4 tbsp chiaseeds

Rest of ingredients:

  • Mango, peeled and cutted into pieces
  • Banana, peeled and cutted into slices
  • Homemade granola
  • Coconut flakes


  1. Blend together all ingredients except chiaseeds.
  2. Then in a glass jar add chiaseeds and pour over your milk and whisk well.
  3. Refrigerate
  4. Place in a bowl the chia pudding, mango, banana, homemade granola and coconut flakes. Enjoy!
