Chocolate Oat Tahini Smoothie Bowl

This Chocolate Oat Tahini Banana Smoothie Bowl tastes like a chocolate pudding. This breakfast will be ready in 5 minutes!

Is a perfect way to start the day. I eat it whether it´s cold or hot out.

Frozen bananas are the base of the smoothiebowl, and make things super creamy and add a lot of sweetness. A little almond milk helps things blend up smooth, tahini and cacao powder.

If you are a chocolate and sesame butter lover like I am, you are going to be a big fan o this one.

Time: 5 minutes

Makes 2 bowls

Ingredients:

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1 cup vegetable milk (almond milk)
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder

Toppings:

  • 1 sliced banana
  • tahini
  • almond flakes
  • grated coconut

Method:

  1. Place all the ingredients (unless toppings) in the blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Place the mix in two bowls, add toppings and enjoy!
