Almond energy bites

Time: 10 minutes

Tools: blender or food processor

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of raw almonds
  • ½ cup of almond butter
  • ¼ cup of rice syrup (or maple syrup)

Method:

  1. Put all the ingredientes in the food proccesor and mix them until smooth.
  2. With the help of a spoon, take some dough and make balls.
  3.  Place balls into an airtight container and store in the fridge or freezer for snacking throughout the week.
