Mango Banana Kale Smoothie Bowl

During the spring and summer, juices, smoothies and smoothie bowls become a staple par of my diet. They are creamy, flavorful, super refreshing and they make the perfect vehicle for all the superfoods and toppings.

Frozen bananas are the base of the smoothiebowl, and make things super creamy and add a lot of sweetness. A little almond milk helps things blend up smooth, like fruits and green leafy vegetables.

Time: 5 minutes

Serve: 2 bowls

Ingredients:

  • 1 mango
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 squeezed lemon
  • 1/2 cup almond milk

Toppings:

  • 1 sliced banana
  • Walnuts
  • Goji powder
  • Grated coconut
  • Chia seeds

Method:

  1. Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Put the mix in the bowls, add the toppings and enjoy!
