Tools: Blender or food processor
Ingredients Chia pudding:
- Coconut milk
- ½ tsp vanilla powder
- 2 tbsp rice syrup
- Chia seeds
Ingredients raspberry “jam”:
- 1 cup raspberries
Method:
- Blend together all ingredients except chia seeds.
- Then in a glass jar add 4 tablespoons of chia seeds and pour over your milk and whisk well.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- In a food processor blend raspberries until smooth.
- Serve in a bowl and enjoy!
