Raspberry chia pudding

Serves: 2 people

Tools: Blender or food processor

Ingredients Chia pudding:

  • Coconut milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla powder
  • 2 tbsp rice syrup
  • Chia seeds

Ingredients raspberry “jam”:

  • 1 cup raspberries

Method:

  1. Blend together all ingredients except chia seeds.
  2. Then in a glass jar add 4 tablespoons of chia seeds and pour over your milk and whisk well.
  3. Refrigerate overnight.
  4. In a food processor blend raspberries until smooth.
  5. Serve in a bowl and enjoy!
