  • 1 cup of chickpeas
  • Juice of half lemon
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder


  1. Soak chickpeas all night.
  2. Drain chickpeas. Put them in a bowl, add  lemon juice, salt and garlic powder. Blend it well.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C or 390ºF. While the oven is heating, put oven paper in the tray and add the chickpeas.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove the tray, remove the chickpeas and bake for 10minutes more. Take out the chickpeas and let them cool.
