- 1 cup of chickpeas
- Juice of half lemon
- a pinch of salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Soak chickpeas all night.
- Drain chickpeas. Put them in a bowl, add lemon juice, salt and garlic powder. Blend it well.
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C or 390ºF. While the oven is heating, put oven paper in the tray and add the chickpeas.
