Ingredients:
- ½ cup buckwheat flour
- ½ banana sliced
- ½ cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- ½ tsp bicarbonate soda
- ½ tsp apple cider vinegar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp rice syrup
- Pinch of salt
Topping:
- Coconut cream
- Raspberry, blueberry and mulberrys
Method:
- Blend in a blender until smooth
- Cook in some coconut oil
- Serve and enjoy!!!
