Nut Butter

Do you want to know how to make nut butter at home?
It’s so easy!
You will only need few ingredients and you won´t spend too much time in the kitchen.
I´m an almond lover, so in this case I choosed almonds, cashews and sunflower seeds. These last ones makes an amazing butter.
Without oil, water or sweetener. Just the nuts/seeds and a food processor or blender. If you want you can add some sea salt.
  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 1 cup raw cashew
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (176 C) and add raw nuts to the baking sheet.. Roast raw nuts for 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
  2. Add roasted nuts to a food processor or blender and blend until a creamy nut butter forms. This can take up to 15-20 minutes.
  3. Transfer to a clean jar or container and store in the refrigerator up to 3 weeks (sometimes longer).
