Overnight oats with orange juice and apple

One of the meals I use to enjoy a lot use to be the breakfast. Today I´m going to bring you a recipe that is not an smoothie. Hope you´ll enjoy . Is really easy to make, and will let you make two portion to share with or just keep it in the fridge for next day. Like you will see in notes, you can keep in the fridge for 4 days!

Talking about the nutritional benefits, this overnight oats thanks to the oats are provided with two types of fiber, the insoluble, suitable to avoid constipation, and the soluble, very good to reduce cholesterol. From the other hand, has chia seeds, that stand out for their high content of omega 3 and hemp seeds which have a high content of vegetable protein in addition to their richness in healthy fatty acids. So it would be a super healthy and highly recommended breakfast for those who want to regulate intestinal transit while taking care of their cardiovascular system. It also contains fruit such as orange and apple, which provide us with high amounts of vitamins, minerals and wáter.

And now, I leave you with the recipe, which is inspired by a recipe of @beingbioutiful 😉
