Chia pudding

Serves: 2 people

  • Coconut milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla powder
  • 2 tbsp rice syrup
  • 4 tbsp Chia seeds


  1. Blend together all ingredients except chia seeds.
  2. Then in a jar add  chia seeds and pour over your milk and whisk well.
  3. Refrigerate overnight.
