Plum smoothie bowl

Tools: Blender or food processor

Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 red plums
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup raw almond milk

Topping:

  • Plum sliced
  • Coconut flakes
  • Dragon fruit or pitaya
  • Hemp seeds
  • Homemade granola

Method:

  1. Put all the ingredients (except topping) in the blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve and enjoy!
