Persimmon smoothie bowl

Yummy and nutritious way to eat fruit is to serve into smoothies. It is very easy to digest and is especially useful when we want children to eat fruit in an attractive way and without any effort.

Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 persimmon
  • 1 tablespoon of Maca
  • 4 tablespoons homemade granola

Method:

  1. Put in the blender jar chopped fruit and maca. Blend until smooth.
  2. Serve in a bowl and garnish with persimmon slices and home made granola. Bon appetit!
